Fair Housing regulations effective June 20, 2020 will have an impact on real estate related activities.

The new Fair Housing regulation is divided into three sections, Housing and Anti-Discrimination Disclosure Form, Fair Housing Notice and video and audio recording of all Fair Housing continuing education courses.
