Come enjoy life in the Wilderness at Moondance Hideaway. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath 840 sqft. cabin with a large covered porch that overlooks the woods. Sitting on 2.5 acres in a peaceful area where the deer come to take a drink from the creek that meanders below. The cabin was built in 2021, a barndo look on the outside with steel siding and a steel roof. It is heated and cooled with forced air mini splits but there is also a wood stove in the living room for those cooler evenings. The kitchen is open and has plenty of counter space and cabinets with a stainless steel stove, microwave and a refrigerator. Plumbing is in place for a dishwasher in the kitchen but currently there is not one. A 50 gallon hot water heater with a Well and septic is in place and the cabin does have electricity. The well is located inside a shed that was also converted into a laundry room with a cement floor. The property is wooded with tall pines and is fairly level. Located in the Kiamichi Mountains of Moyers in a remote peaceful spot. This would make a nice vacation property or a full-time residence with all the amenities to live in the mountains and still have the comforts of home.
